Return Policy
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our products, which include but are not limited to interactive flat panels, digital signage, video walls, and kiosks—many of which are custom-made or produced to order—once an order is confirmed and payment is completed, the transaction is considered final and products will enter production, preparation, or shipping stages.
Returns or refunds are only accepted under the following circumstances:

Serious quality issues occurring during transportation that are not caused by the customer, verified by our technical department;

Significant discrepancies between the delivered product’s model, specifications, or features and those confirmed in the contract/order, where the responsibility lies with our company.
The following situations are not eligible for return:

Customer’s personal reasons, such as change of mind, price concerns, or expectations not being met;

Products that have been used, installed, powered on, or otherwise affected in a way that prevents resale;

Damage caused by improper operation, storage, or installation by the customer;

Customized products, including OEM/ODM/CKD/SKD, logos, UI, packaging, or specification customizations.
During the warranty period, if quality issues arise, our company will provide repair, technical support, or replacement of parts according to the After-Sales Service Terms, but this does not constitute a reason for return or refund.
